Is a Seattle based brand, from native Swedish designer Carolina Wallin whose main focus is on statement jewellery in unexpected materials. From chunky necklaces made of paperclips, foam and clay, to felt cut-out hats, everything is handcrafted in Seattle, creatively using 100% of the raw material so that nothing is thrown away. Spare materials from making jewellery are included in unique one off garments. Re-working something old to something current gives second hand clothes a new life. Every necklace style are available in a green colorway and all necklaces are numbered for limited edition. Working with no season in mind gives me the opportunity to constantly offer customers new ideas.

Raised in a 5th generation family of Swedish craftsmen, my curiosity in the textile field never stops. I've had the dream of being a designer since I was a little girl, and in 2004 I was accepted to study at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London. My portfolio used many shades of GREEN, and from then on I was referred to as "the green girl". But to me, green is more than just a color. I'm proud of my Swedish heritage and my love of nature, texture, and color. Green is my way of life.

THE GREEN GIRL is for the girl of all ages who wants to make a statement with handmade jewellery / accessories / headpieces giving her outfit the right kick, for the girl that is edgy and takes pride in supporting independent designers with new ideas.
